Polish Speaking Client Relationship Co-ordinator
Main responsibilities
The position reports to a Senior Manager and in some cases, directly to a member of the Executive Board and a founding partner of the Group. Together with their support the candidate will be in charge of a portfolio of clients and thereafter, assist in developing the business.
Responsibilities will include:

  • Opening and managing client bank accounts, performing any required money transfers, payments and related transactions in a number of currencies.
  • Issuing invoices and ensuring all client financials are up to date and accessible to the team.
  • Assisting in the set up of companies, in line with current national and international legislations.
  • Familiarising oneself with the legal, financial and operational requirements necessary to successfully manage a family office, individual client or company.
  • Maintaining a good working relationship with the other global offices, ensuring that open communication is kept at all times and that information is shared.
  • Composition of legal documents and letters relating to client transactions.
  • Supporting the Senior Manager in a range of duties, as requested on a day to day basis.

Degree in Economics, Finance, Law or professional equivalent (eg ACA, CPA, CTA, etc.) is suitable.
Essential Knowledge/Experience/Attributes

  • Experience in an international environment essential, preferably specialised in international tax or law.
  • Good commercial sense and business acumen.
  • Familiar with profit and loss statements and budgeting.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to form lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, able to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and gain a full understanding of the allocated portfolio of clients.
  • Understanding of Polish and international regulatory framework is desirable.
  • Fluent Polish and English, other languages including Italian would be beneficial.

Conditions of employment
The position is full-time and based at our office in Lugano. The compensation package offered to the successful candidate is negotiable and will be based upon their relevant experience and overall suitability and will be competitive with other similar Companies in this field.
